Trina Defends Beyonce Praise, Insists She’s The “Queen Of Rap”

Excerpt from Trina’s interview earlier this week Hip Hop DX It began to circulate and caused a lot of controversy. In the video, she praises Beyoncé for her contribution to female rap. Her statement did raise some eyebrows, but regardless, she stands by what she said.

“Yeah, Beyoncé, because when she raps, she’s like the number one female rapper,” Trina told the outlet. “It’s just one of those things, of course it’s Beyoncé with Queen, but when you hear her sing a song and it involves rap, it’s like, ‘Oh my God,’ like it’s, this is more It’s inspiration, um, I don’t know I don’t know it’s just a good thing, man.” Now, after receiving backlash for her comments, Trina has responded on Instagram.

Trina Solar responds to backlash

“For the dusty, crusty chic woman in bacccckkkk (loud talking emoji), Beyoncé is the queen of rap (when she raps) and all other music genres,” one of her Instagram Stories wrote a post. “Now stay crazy silly, I said what I said and NANN b***h go check on me. (middle finger emoji) keep going (hot face emoji).” She didn’t stop there, however. The Miami native then shared a grid post of Beyoncé herself, along with a passionate caption.

“I truly don’t care about anyone’s feelings, I said what I said…that’s Queen Bey and I want stans,” she wrote. “Beyoncé is the queen of rap (when she raps) and all genres of music when it comes to me‼️ Go argue with the IRS or whoever.” You double down on Trina saying she’s against Beyonce What do you think of Beyonce’s statement?
