Rappin 4-Tay said he suffered a medical scare before Christmas and has been discharged from hospital. While he didn’t elaborate on his condition, the 55-year-old rapper took to Twitter last week to ask fans for their prayers in a concerning post.when Hip Hop DX 4-Tay reported the situation on Instagram, revealing in the comments section that he was doing much better.
“Thank you, family. I am recovering at home now. I have been out of San Francisco General Hospital for a few days and am doing my best to recover,” he wrote. “Continue to pray for me and love who you have.” The original post read: “I need all my faithful people to pray for me. I have been in the hospital for a few days and hope you all are having a wonderful time. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays 4-TAY!!!”

One wrote: “Praying to 4 Tay for letting me go on stage with him and singing backup, my first time on stage… praying for the best.” Others left praying hands emojis and other kindnesses words. Replying to his original post on Twitter, another user wrote: “Whenever you call me I’ll be there, whenever you need me I’ll be there, whenever you need me , I will be there, I will be nearby!!!”
