Earlier today, we mentioned how quite a few rappers are putting their unique spin on Christmas music. This isn’t a new trend in the hip-hop world, as countless artists have already done something to celebrate the most joyous holiday of the year. But for 2023, there have been some questionable attempts. One of them is “HAPPY HOLIDAYS” by RXKNephew. It’s a take on Mariah Carey’s classic jam that many people love and hate. Coincidentally, OT Genasis must have seen him do this.
The Georgia rapper and the New York native must compete to see who can do a worse rendition of the pop star’s masterpiece. RXKN’s is more cold-blooded and serious. It’s hard to tell whether he takes this seriously. OT Genasis’ effort is evident as he happily sings along to the same melody.
