The case stems from an alleged incident in 2003 at Diddy’s recording studio. Jane Doe said she met Harve Pierre, the former president of Bad Boy Entertainment, when she was 17 in Michigan. Soon after, he forced her to perform oral sex on him while he was on drugs. Pierre then flew her to New York, where she was gang-raped in a studio. Both Diddy and Pierre questioned the victim’s right to remain anonymous. Her attorney, Douglas H. Wigdor, requested that his client’s identity remain confidential, citing her age at the time of the attack and the celebrity of Diddy and Pierre.

The various accusations against Diddy began when Cassie sued him last month. The pair settled within 24 hours, but several more alleged victims have since come forward. On December 6, Didi finally issued a statement on social media, breaking her silence on the matter. “Enough is enough,” he wrote. “Over the past few weeks, I have sat quietly and watched as people attempted to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Disgusting accusations have been made against me by individuals seeking a quick payday. .” Please stay tuned for further updates from Diddy Hot New Hip Hop.
