It’s been a while since fans heard a full body of work from Childish Gambino (aka Donald Glover).According to his recent interview TMZHowever, the wait shouldn’t be too long. Today, as the artist walked to his car from New York’s Greenwich Hotel, the media interviewed him and asked him what his plans were. He took the opportunity to reveal that he was working on a new album, although he didn’t reveal further details on what supporters can expect.
As for when the project will arrive, the hitmaker simply said “soon.” While he hasn’t confirmed an official release date yet, it’s safe to say listeners can’t wait. His last complete project, March 15, 20, removed from the shelves in March 2020. Since then, he has provided fans with EPs of his show Atlanta and groupand more.

The news is certainly exciting, but not entirely surprising, as Glover confirmed in an interview this year that he doesn’t plan on retiring his musical alter ego anytime soon. “I think sooner or later it will become clear,” he told complicated. “I think it’s better for people to just tune in. But I’m trying not to be mysterious. Tyler (The Creator) always says, ‘You’re too mysterious.’ ” But I thought, “I’m really not. “I guess I just like suspense. I think it makes things better. But that’s just me.”
“I don’t think I’ll ever stop because… I’ve always loved it because I love it. I’ve never done it because it’s like, man, this is a good way to dress or something. I love it. The way it feels.
