Brooklyn Nets star Mikal Bridges revealed that he has eaten at Chipotle every day for the past decade. “(It’s) too hot to live without it every time. It doesn’t disappoint,” Bridges told Q. A decade on chiptole brought Bridges back to his junior year of high school, a serious dedication. Bridges had to travel 3.5 miles from his high school to get to Chipotle, and about 2.4 miles from his college at Villanova.

Additionally, Bridges revealed that he does try to keep the order healthy. The Nets star’s go-to dish is a white rice, double chicken, salsa, corn and lettuce bowl. However, Bridges also revealed that he had to sacrifice the spices of the year because his taste buds could no longer handle the heat. “RIP Soya Sauce,” he lamented.

Mikal Bridges slams Nets’ load management

What Bridges doesn’t like, however, is the Nets’ load management. “Don’t like the pick, whatever that is. But whatever. Definitely not a fan,” Bridges told The Washington Post after a break after the first quarter of the Nets’ recent game against the Bucks. The Nets rested multiple starters for much of the game. The Bucks defeated the Nets 144-122 with 22 points. The Bucks scored 44 points in the fourth quarter alone, turning an otherwise close game into a comeback.

However, Bridges also insisted that his frustration has nothing to do with his continued Steelers starting streak. “I think that’s what they’re going for. But I’m healthy, so I (don’t) understand why I’m not playing. I think this streak is something for other people to talk about,” Bridges told The Washington Post . “But I don’t just get in there to score a streak. I get in there to compete because I want to go out there and win. I don’t just get in there to come off the bench and get a streak and whatever… I Just wanted to play ball,” Bridges said.
