Freddy is from Ghana he moved to the United States when he was 17 years old when he first moved to the states he had a very hard time adapting to the speed of things. Nobody couldn’t understand him which made him isolate himself from everyone. Freddy joined a dance team at his school and was pretty good at it and people started to notice how good he was in dancing. He’s first show was at his school on a big stage he showed he’s school that he has talent and everybody gave him his flowers moving forward.
INDEPENDENT SUCCESS:
In 2021 Freddy won a award for artist of the year back in his country he also have a song with a big well known artist from his country name YPee called “Dusted” and they currently have over 10,000 streams.
Freddy been getting a lot of traction with his music in America and his country Ghana he’s country supports him a lot another one of his songs “Winning” featuring RealKing DeeNasty hit New York time square billboard and was featured in New York in 2022. He’s most streamed song is called “Celebrate” which has 63,000 streams in counting. Freddy song “Feelings” also was in rotation at the Celtics vs Wizards game this year that was a big moment for him.
CHALLENGES AND WISDOM:
The challenges Freddy is going through today is understanding that it takes a while for people to understand him because of his strong ascent. Freddy tells us “people shouldn’t give up on anything they want to do or become at first it’s going to be hard but in the process as times goes on everything will become easier”
